Supporting Employees back to Work

When someone returns to work after a period of mental ill-health, it can be daunting and can lead to them going through an additional period of stress.  Being able to understand the implications and issues for someone coming back to work can make the transition more manageable for both the person and the employer.

This half-day workshop will enable you to put measures in place to facilitate an employee back to work with as little disruption to both you and they as possible.
