Self Care and Wellbeing in the Workplace

This half day Seminar looks at how we can look after our wellbeing at work, using a mindful approach.  We look at how the stresses and strains of today's society can have an impact on us and also how influences and experiences at work can have a negative impact if we don't recognise or address them.

Delivering for Wellbeing

Our purpose is to educate, inform and enthuse everyone to challenge the stigma and discrimination that is prevalent in today's society around mental ill health.
